Instructions for Running W3MCSIM in Internet Explorer using a PC:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Choose Tools -> Internet Options -> Security (tab)
• Select the "Internet Zone"
• Click the "Custom Level" button in "Security level for this zone"
• Find the option for "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" and make sure it's set to "Prompt"
• Click "OK"
• Confirm that you are "sure you want to change the security settings for this zone" by choosing "Yes"
• Close the Internet Options dialog by clicking "OK"
• Goto http://www.biocyb.cs.ucla.edu/montecarlo/montecarlo.html
• Accept Internet Explorer's warnings and choose to Install the ActiveX control "montecarlo.components"
• Application should launch after ~ 30 secs of installation. If it takes longer, than the user should try http://www.biocyb.cs.ucla.edu first to make sure they can connect to the site.
